Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Als Health, Risk & Safety Manager binnen de Business Unit Metro (BUM), maak je deel uit van de afdeling QHSE (Quality Health Safety Environment): een transversaal team dat betrokken is bij de modernisering van de metro in Brussel.
Je werkt samen met verschillende diensten van de MIVB en vervult een cruciale rol in de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën en de voortdurende verbetering van de veiligheid van de reizigers en de medewerkers.
Je hoofdopdracht is de ontwikkeling en de verbetering van de veiligheid (veiligheid/welzijn van het personeel en spoorveiligheid) evenals het risk management. Je beheert hiervoor een team van 4 personen en ontwikkelt een safetycultuur op het terrein, en tegelijkertijd begeleid je de andere afdelingen in een samenwerkingsdynamiek.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Het Safety Management System binnen de BU Metro ontwikkelen en implementeren, waaronder ook het uitwerken van een methode om veranderingen te beheren – in overeenstemming met de Europese spoorwegrichtlijnen – Common Safety Methods (CSM).
- Het beheer van de aspecten inzake welzijn op het werk ontwikkelen en implementeren binnen de BU Metro in nauwe samenwerking met de hiërarchie en de IDPB.
- Het Entreprise Risk Management ontwikkelen en implementeren voor de volledige BU Metro.
- De veiligheidsprocessen op het terrein superviseren en de acties die voortvloeien uit incidenten en ongevallen (zowel spoor- als arbeidsongevallen en -incidenten) coördineren.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de gepaste correctieve en preventieve maatregelen worden genomen.
- De teams op het terrein begeleiden om een veiligheidscultuur te bevorderen (veiligheid/ welzijn van het personeel en spoorveiligheid).
- In het kader van veranderingen en/of projecten, veiligheidsdossiers (Safety Cases) opmaken;
- De risico’s op het vlak van Health & Safety (beroepen), Safety (Hazard Log) en projecten identificeren en analyseren, de risicoanalyses begeleiden en de nodige actieplannen opzetten.
- De Safety Board aansturen en gedetailleerde rapporten afleveren aan de hiërarchie en de directie.
Profiel kandidaat
- Je beschikt over een ingenieursdiploma in een technische richting en/of je hebt een degelijke ervaring op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- De kennis van de Europese spoorwegrichtlijnen – Common Safety Methods (CSM) is een troef.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Safety Management Systems (CSM of ISO 45001).
- Je draagt de verandering uit (change management) en hebt een sterke feeling met het terrein.
- Je kan situaties op kritische wijze beoordelen en stelt vernieuwende oplossingen voor.
- Je hebt een participatieve leiderschapsstijl, hoewel je ook in staat bent om de taken van je medewerkers opnieuw te prioriteren.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, georganiseerd en past je gemakkelijk aan in elke situatie.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en beschikt over een operationele kennis van de andere taal.
