A leading international client in the hydro-metal sector.

Description de la fonction

You will be integrated to the Supply Chain Department team and your main tasks are:


• Maintain excellent relationships with the clients, suppliers and contractors
• Contractual execution of physical trades in the safest and most cost-effective way
• Accurately process sales invoices as per contractual conditions for daily cargo movements
• Execute file month-end reconciliation processes for your allocated accounts
• Ensure cross-internal department (commercial, finance, operations, etc...) and external (customers, suppliers, logistics, etc...) daily communication required to execute the contract

Key Responsibilities:


• Guarantee a close follow-up on any items related the file’s life from its signature up to their closing by a very good understanding of its key elements such as Incoterms, environmental administration contract drafting, hedge follow-up, logistics terms, …
• Coordinate deliveries from/ to the counterparties
• Arrange logistics (inland and sea) to execute a trade and customs clearance of the cargo when required
• Review Purchase Invoices from counterparties and book them in the corresponding system

Profil


• Bachelor degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or similar
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service with good notions of international trade, logistics and warehousing-terminal activities, preferably in the commodities sector
• We are looking for an effective communicator, fluent in spoken and written in French and English, any other language is an advantage
• You are flexible, multitasking, well organized, respect the deadlines and can work under pressure
• You are a team player, process oriented and demonstrate a continuous improvement mind set and you want to express yourself in an international environment

• You have a good knowledge in road and/or sea freight forwarding operations, transboundary shipments of waste
• You are able to work with MS Office, and ability to operate our in-house software system after training

Offre De € 2.800 à € 3.500 par mois
