  • Je werkt aan de standaardisatie van technologieën en processen voor de verschillende toepassingsgebieden.
  • Samen met andere afdelingen hou je de aanwezige standaard up to date met de laatste ontwikkelingen op de markt.
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners door het beheren en communiceren van project gerelateerde documenten. Zoals bijvoorbeeld een laatste standaard met betrekking tot de veiligheid.
  • Je neemt deel aan verschillende evaluaties- en acceptatietesten in lopende en nieuwe projecten. Dit zodat je nauwgezet op de hoogte blijft van het reilen en zeilen om vervolgens de standaarden naar een hoger niveau te tillen met de stakeholders van de verschillende toepassingsgebieden.
  • Je bespreekt gekende problemen en tekortkomingen met de leveranciers om dan samen met de projectleider naar de gepaste oplossing te zoeken.
  • Je bent betrokken bij de engineering, uitvoering en montage van installaties en productielijnen. Hierbij waak je over correct toepassen van de standaarden. Bij onduidelijkheden ben jij de persoon die bij de desbetreffende stakeholders in overleg gaat om duidelijkheid te scheppen en de standaarden aan te vullen waar nodig.
  • Je zal meewerken aan het uitbouwen van een digitaal data-platform waarin alle standaarden zullen raadpleegbaar/beschikbaar zijn.
  • Ook sta je in voor het wegwijs maken van de huidige en nieuwe medewerkers in de wereld van de standaardisatie. Zodanig dat zij het proces sneller tot in het detail leren kennen. Op die manier help je hen sneller op te starten bij de ingebruikname van nieuwe machinelijnen.
  • Je bent nauw betrokken bij de scope naar conceptfase en waakt erover dat de (nieuwe) standaarden van meet af aan kunnen geïmplementeerd worden.
  • Ten slotte help je met het beheren van processen, procedures en protocollen over de verschillende site heen. Dit over verschillende teams heen.
Profiel
  • Je bent een (industriële) ingenieur of gelijkgesteld door ervaring en hebt reeds ruime ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in de industrie met een aanzienlijk aandeel geautomatiseerde processen en bij voorkeur in meerdere bedrijven.
  • We zijn op zoek naar een technisch gepassioneerd persoon, met een resultaat gedreven aanpak.
  • Dat je beschikt over een flinke dosis ervaring in techniek en het verbeteren van processen spreekt voor zich.
  • Je vindt makkelijk je weg terug in een wereld van data en online platformen.
  • Onze interne stakeholders zijn bekwaam en deskundig, dus het is belangrijk dat je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden beschikt wanneer je met hen in debat gaat.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent iemand die ownership opneemt.
  • Je reist heen en weer tussen onze 4 sites en bent bereid om te werken in omringende landen.
