Job description

Key Responsibilities:? System Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of the e-commerceplatform, ERP system, and WMS from the ground up. Ensure seamless integrationbetween these systems to support company operations.? Monitor and Manage System Integrations: Once the systems are in place, continuouslymonitor data flow and integrations to identify and address discrepancies or issuespromptly.? Hands-On Issue Resolution: Take a proactive, hands-on approach to diagnosing andresolving technical issues affecting the functionality of the interconnected systems.Collaborate with technical teams and vendors when necessary, always aiming forpractical solutions.? Process Optimization: Analyse new and existing workflows to identify areas forimprovement, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Take initiative in proposing andimplementing enhancements as the systems mature.? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central coordinator, working with IT,operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the successful integration ofsystems and ongoing process improvements.? Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughoutthe implementation process, including issues, resolutions, and process changes. Post-implementation, continue to generate regular reports on system performance, providingactionable insights.? Training and Support: During and after the implementation phase, provide hands-ontraining and support to internal teams on best practices for system use and integrationprocesses.? Project Participation: Actively participate in cross-functional projects that involvechanges or upgrades to the e-commerce platform, ERP, or WMS, ensuring successfulintegration throughout the system lifecycle. 

Profile

Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.? Proven experience in IT project management, system integration, or processoptimization, particularly within e-commerce, ERP, and WMS environments.? Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OracleNetsuite), and Warehouse Management Systems.? Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying andresolving issues.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.? Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
