Functieomschrijving USG Professionals is op zoek naar nieuw talent om ons team te versterken. Onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de bouwmaterialenindustrie, levert hoogwaardige producten voor nieuwbouw, renovatie en decoratieve toepassingen. Voor één van hun divisies in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw zijn zij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Project Engineer. Freelancers ook welkomAls Project Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van technische projecten binnen de organisatie. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het hele projectproces, van concept tot voltooiing, en zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten van het project soepel verlopen en binnen de gestelde deadlines en budgetten blijven. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen van gedetailleerde plannen met taken, mijlpalen, resources en tijdschema's.
- Coördineren van het projectteam en zorgen dat iedereen op de hoogte is van hun verantwoordelijkheden en deadlines.
- Bieden van technisch advies en expertise tijdens het ontwerpen en implementeren van projecten.
- Toezicht houden op het projectbudget en zorgen dat de kosten binnen de gestelde grenzen blijven.
- Identificeren en beheren van projectrisico's om verstoringen en vertragingen te minimaliseren.
- Zorgen dat projecten voldoen aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen en specificaties.
- Nauw samenwerken met interne teams, externe leveranciers en klanten om projectdoelstellingen te bereiken.
- Opleiding als industrieel ingenieur/bouwkundig ingenieur.
- Uitstekende technische kennis en begrip van technische principes en processen.
- Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
- Teamgericht met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse belanghebbenden.
- Ervaring met projectmanagementtools en -methodologieën.
- Stressbestendig en in staat om onder druk te presteren.
