Das 2005 gegründete Unternehmen Auto-Declic hat in 18 Jahren eine anerkannte Expertise im "Handel" von Neu- und Gebrauchtwagen im B2B-Markt entwickelt.

Unsere Tätigkeit ist ausschließlich dem Verkauf von Fahrzeugen an Gewerbetreibende gewidmet: Händler, KFZ-Mechaniker, Vermittler, Autohäuser, oder Selbstständige.

Auto Declic besteht aus einem Team von etwa 20 Mitarbeitern, das jung und dynamisch ist, aber über ein ausgeprägtes und vielfältiges Know-how verfügt.

Présentation :

Créée en 2005, la société Auto-Declic a su développer en 18 ans une expertise reconnue dans le « Trading » de véhicules neuf et occasion en marché BtoB.

Notre activité est consacrée uniquement à la vente de véhicules aux professionnels: négociants, MRA, agents, concessionnaires ou indépendants, nous travaillons ainsi avec les plus gros groupes automobiles.

Auto Declic est composée d'une équipe d'une vingtaine de salarié, jeune et dynamique mais forte d’un savoir-faire efficace et différenciant.

Le poste :

Vous serez en charge de la promotion de nos opportunités auprès des prospects et clients professionnels en recherche essentiellement de véhicules neufs et occasions. Au travers d’une seule relation téléphonique et mail, auprès de contacts sur toute la France et l'Europe (notamment l'Allemagne), vous accueillerez les clients, les conseillerez et réaliserez des transactions de véhicules.

Missions :

En qualité de commercial B to B, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans le développement exponentiel de notre marketplace. Pour ce faire vous devrez :

  • Développer nos ventes BtoB par téléphone sur les pays ciblé (selon secteur prédéfini)
  • Prospecter, relancer et faire le suivi de futurs partenaires BtoB (marchands, concessions automobiles , agents etc.) à partir de fichiers fournis par l’entreprise
  • Développer un discours commercial permettant de présenter efficacement l’entreprise et ses services
  • Piloter l’intégralité de la collaboration avec le client (découverte, négociation, suivi logistique et administratif , litiges…)
  • Négocier et conclure les ventes par téléphone
  • Suivre l’activité grâce aux outils de reporting (CRM), et assurer ainsi le suivi client et sa fidélisation
  • Développer votre propre portefeuille et le gérer intégralement
  • Prospection réseaux sociaux
  • Réaliser les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs mensuels fixés par la direction

Profil :

Vous êtes issu(e)d’une formation commerciale Bac+2 minimum (commerce international/ force de vente ) ou vous avez une expérience dans la prospection achat ou vente par téléphone, réseaux, salons professionnels…

Les candidatures de jeunes diplômés ou de candidats ayant moins de 2 ans d’expérience seront également examinées à la lumière de leur motivation et de leur souhait de s’impliquer durablement dans l’entreprise

Vous avez une aisance pour la prospection téléphonique, savez négocier et conclure des ventes.

Passionné(e), vous êtes dynamique, sensible à la performance et aux résultats. Vous possédez un réel sens du commerce et du service clients. Votre sens du relationnel et votre goût pour le challenge font de vous un excellent professionnel et collaborateur.

Le salaire du vendeur automobile est composé d’une part fixe et d'une part variable motivante relative aux produits vendus et non plafonné.

Le poste est proposé en télétravail.
