Our client is an international association located in Brussels. Description de la fonction As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate department
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Enter customer data and send correspondence


  Profil To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, in French and English as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. And a prior experience as a receptionist for 1 year at least. Offre De € 2.500 à € 3.300 par mois We offer you an interim contract for a permanent position wth an attractive salary, meal vouchers and the reimbursement of your cost transportation.
