IT System Administrator / ITSupport (m/f/d) Your tasks andresponsibilities:- 1st and 2ndlevel support Processing of support requests in the software andhardware area
- Analysis and independentprocessing of incoming support and service requests
- Remote and on-site support for clients
- Responsible for the maintenance of our entire technologypackage, from desktops/laptops to servers and the network
- Ordering, installing, configuring andupgrading hardware and software
- Taking onregular maintenance and optimization tasks as well as monitoringand troubleshooting the client landscape
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Independent planning, implementation and collaboration on projectswithin the SmartPractice family
- Successfullycompleted training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in theabove-mentioned area of responsibility
- Confident handling of Windows 10 as well as Microsoft ActiveDirectory Services, VMWare and Windows Server System
- Experience in working with client management systems
- Very good German and good written and spokenEnglish skills
- Confident, professional,engaging demeanor and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured self-organization
- A secure job in an international environment
