Wat ga je doen?
Als Packaging Improvement Engineer werk je aan innovatie en verbetering van verpakkingsprocessen. Je richt je op nieuwe technologieën en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:

Verbeteren van verpakkingsprocessen door data-analyse en samenwerking met productie teams.
Initiëren en uitvoeren van innovatietrajecten samen met leveranciers en verschillende afdelingen.
Ondersteunen bij processtoringen en het oplossen van problemen in samenwerking met procesingenieurs.
Leiding nemen in investeringsprojecten door het ontwikkelen van nieuwe concepten en proces engineering.
Zorg dragen voor uniforme processen en procedures over alle locaties heen.
Onderzoeken en implementeren van duurzaamheidsmaatregelen op het gebied van energie en afval.
Profiel Relevante ervaring in verpakkingsprocessen en procesoptimalisatie.
Sterk analytisch vermogen en goed in het stellen van prioriteiten.
Ervaring met projectmanagement en werken met data.
Proactief en zelfstandig, met een hands-on mentaliteit.
Bereid om te reizen naar verschillende locaties, zowel in binnen- als buitenland.
