Vos missions :Recrutement et intégration : Vous serez l’ambassadeur de l’entreprise, garantissant que chaque nouveau collaborateur trouve rapidement sa placeConseil aux managers : Vous coacherez et guiderez les managers sur des sujets RH tels que le leadership, le développement personnel et les entretiens de carrièreGestion des talents : Vous identifierez les besoins en formationPoint de contact RH : Vous serez un interlocuteur privilégié pour tous les employés.Culture d’entreprise : Vous contribuerez activement à une culture axée sur le bien-être des collaborateurs et à l’optimisation des processus RH existants.Projets RH : Vous participerez à divers projets RH en collaboration avec l’équipe pour soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise. Profil Expérience RH : Vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en RH, idéalement dans un environnement de production.Formation : Diplôme de niveau bachelier ou master, ou une expérience équivalente.Langues : Vous parlez couramment français, des notions de néerlandais sont un atout.Compétences humaines : Passionné(e) par les relations humaines, vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) communicant(e), doté(e) d’un esprit d’équipe et d’une grande discrétion.Approche proactive : Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique et capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.Esprit pratique : Vous aimez la gestion pratique dans un cadre de production, et votre attitude proactive est reconnue.
