Hands-on en met een helikopterblik.Jouw taken als payroll consultantAls payroll consultant kom je terecht in ons warme Mid-Office team. Hier ontferm je je over de volledige administratieve opvolging van uitzendkrachten, die door onze klanten worden aangeworven. Van salarisverwerking, tot contractbeheer: de volgende taken voltooi je met glans.
  • Je stelt contracten op, garandeert een stipte verzending en volgt ze nauwgezet op. Laattijdige contracten? Niet bij jou
  • Wanneer een contract verlengd mag worden, zorg jij voor een snelle en accurate verwerking.
  • Elke werkkracht verdient een correct loon. Jij verzamelt de prestatiegegevens, behandelt ze vakkundig en corrigeert waar nodig.
  • Groepsovereenkomsten, werkovereenkomsten, administratieve parameters … Jij staat in voor een onberispelijke registratie.
  • Je staat nauw in contact met de consultants uit het kantorennetwerk en staat klanten met administratieve vragen moeiteloos te woord.
  • Je staat in voor de grondige check van de facturatie.
  • Kunnen onze administratieve processen sneller, makkelijker, beter? Jij denkt steeds mee na over mogelijke optimalisaties.
Profiel Als payroll consultant ben jij een van onze administratieve draaischijven. Een straffe functie, maar jij hebt dan ook heel wat in je mars Dat je gebeten bent door sociale wetgeving en de laatste nieuwigheden op de voet volgt, spreekt voor zich. Wij zorgen uiteraard voor de nodige opleidingen Daarbovenop leg je nog een heleboel andere kwaliteiten in de schaal.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak.
  • Met een scherpe focus buig jij je over je takenpakket als payroll consultant, zodat je geen detail over het hoofd ziet.
  • Je combineert een analytische geest met een klantgerichte houding en een oplossingsgerichte mindset. Problemen met de administratie van een uitzendkracht? Dan formuleer je een concrete oplossing.
  • Ook bij een lange to-dolijst behoud jij het overzicht van de prioriteiten en volg je de vertrouwde procedures.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer. Je overlegt dagelijks met je collega’s.
  • MS Office schrikt je niet af, integendeel. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint … Stuk voor stuk programma’s die jij in de vingers hebt.
  • Een woordje Frans of Engels? Pas de problème voor jouw talenknobbel
