You'll be responsible for the administrative follow-up of all the incoming samples where you link them to the personalized cell therapy and make sure that everything is correctly registered in the system.
Client Details
Our client is an American Biomedical company that specialises in examining blood samples. With this research, they try to develop medications for patients with long-term and chronic diseases. Since a few years the company is also located in Belgium, in Ghent.
Through their pioneering research, they are experiencing tremendous growth. To continue this research and to be able to help more and more people they are looking for new employees to support them.
Description
- Register patient data in the system and do strict follow-up to make sure everything is up-to date.
- Making sure that needed documents are printed and ready for production
- Internal communication with other departments (QA/production/ ) + function well in a team.
- Assist in Process audits and internal audits
Profile
- You have at least a bachelor's or Master's degree
- You speak fluently Dutch or English
- Good knowledge of MS office
- You are a structured and precise person
- You are open to work in a 2-shiftsystem where you work 4 days and are 4 days off
- You are open to weekend work (not every weekend).
