We werken vanuit 2 locaties: Zaventem hoofdkantoor en 1 West-Vlaamse productiesite in Veurne.
Sinds 1998 maakt Veurne Snack Foods deel uit van de PepsiCo International organisatie. Sinds de overname werd er serieus geïnvesteerd in technologische verbeteringen, capaciteitsuitbreidingen en productontwikkeling. De medewerkers werden opgeleid en getraind, de infrastructuur en de nutsvoorzieningen voor het personeel werden volledig aangepast aan de strenge normen die gelden binnen PepsiCo.

Energy:
- Je staat in voor het energie- en watermanagement en de nutsvoorzieningen van de fabriek.
- Je zorgt voor ETS-/EBO-/CO2-rapportage aan de overheid en voert energie gerelateerde interne en externe ISO-audits uit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werking,het onderhoud en voortdurende verbetering van de nutsvoorzieningen van de fabriek: elektrisch, aardgas en biogas, perslucht, stoom, thermische olieverwarmers, HVAC, koelmachines, stikstof, CIP, warmte terugwinning en verlichting.
- Je staat in voor de wettelijke naleving van de installaties: onderhoud, keuring, updates...
Samen met de Maintenance & Sustainability Manager ontwikkel je een ReCon-roadmap die bijdraagt aan Pep Positive: een programma waarmee we helpen bouwen aan een duurzaam voedselsysteem op het vlak van water, landbouw, producten en mensen.
Je beheert het preventieve en correctieve onderhoudsplan van alle nutsapparatuur, zodat we 100% efficie¨ntie bereiken.
Je cree¨ert betrokkenheid rond duurzaamheid in de dagelijkse bedrijfscultuur. Profiel
- Je behaalde een master- of bachelor diploma in een relevante afstudeerrichting.
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je hebt een goede theoretische en praktische kennis van nutsvoorzieningen.
- De Belgische Algemene Wet op Elektrische Installaties (AREI) is jou bekend.
- Je hebt een resultaatgerichte mindset en een sterke affiniteit voor numerieke administratie en rapportering (Excel).
- SAP-ervaring en kennis is een pluspunt.
- De Maintenance & Sustainibility Manager voorziet een goede opleiding en begeleiding, maar je wilt vooral zelf ondernemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan collega’s enthousiast maken rond duurzaamheid.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk), een goede kennis van het Frans (mondeling) en het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
