Manager Maintenance & Reliability

Responsabilités :

 

  • Pour notre ligne de production de tuiles tempête, vous êtes responsable, avec le planificateur du travail, de l'entretien et de la fiabilité des machines.
  • Vous veillez à ce que le travail soit toujours effectué de manière sûre et ordonnée. La sécurité est notre première exigence.
  • Vous optimisez et garantissez la fiabilité et la disponibilité des machines.
  • Dans cette optique, vous recherchez l'amélioration continue pour augmenter la qualité et améliorer la rentabilité de la ligne.
  • Pour ce faire, vous établissez un plan de maintenance préventive que vous suivez vous-même et que vous adaptez si nécessaire.
  • Vous prenez le pouls des arrêts techniques, des coûts de maintenance récurrents, etc. afin de pouvoir réagir de manière adéquate (par exemple en élaborant des propositions d'amélioration).
  • En collaboration avec le chef de service, vous êtes responsable de la planification de l'exécution des travaux d'entretien.  Pour ce faire, vous prenez également contact avec des parties externes si nécessaire.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la structure de maintenance dans SAP pour le département.
  • Vous transmettez les actions concrètes et les responsabilités aux chefs d'équipe et aux techniciens. Si nécessaire, vous les assistez activement. Vous êtes également affecté à des tâches d'astreinte.
  • Vous êtes un mentor pour l'équipe - vous les motivez et les guidez afin qu'ils puissent travailler sans problème.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le manager de production et lui faites rapport.


Profiel kandidaat

 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un master dans un domaine technique (électromécanique ou équivalent).
  • Vous pouvez vous prévaloir de plusieurs années d'expérience pertinente dans une fonction similaire au sein de la maintenance et/ou de la fiabilité.
  • Vous avez une passion pour l'ingénierie et une bonne connaissance de la mécanique, des commandes (électriques), de la programmation, du pneumatique et de l'hydraulique.
  • Vous avez un grand sens de l'organisation et savez fixer les bonnes priorités.
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress et pouvez changer de vitesse rapidement si nécessaire.
  • Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes à la communication et êtes capable d'établir des relations à long terme avec des partenaires externes.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou du français.
