Our client is a significant player in the automotive industry. The company is located in Groot-Bijgaarden. Functieomschrijving The Procurement Officer will have the following responsibilities:
  • You will place and track purchase orders alongside colleagues, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
  • You will handle both trade and non-trade goods (indirect spend).
  • You will manage pricing, maintain up-to-date price lists.
  • You will be responsible for stock management and introduction of new products in ERP system.
  • You will perform administrative tasks such as purchase order management and invoicing.
  • You will create and maintain reporting tools that will contribute to optimization efforts for the organization.
Profiel The Procurement Officer has the following profile:
  • You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalence in experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role
  • You are fluent in Dutch with strong English level. French is a plus.
  • You have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookup.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You can set priorities effectively and you are results oriented.
  • A genuine team player with a knack for people management.
  • Possess a can-do mentality.
