The bar is set high, but the work atmosphere is informal and relaxed. Functieomschrijving Proces Management- Perform complex Leave data-related changes in SAP requiring specialized knowledge.
- Ensure data accuracy in SAP.
- Handle situations needing complex research, auditing, and detailed knowledge to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions for non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent service to employees and HR Shared Center teammates.
- Respond professionally, accurately, and promptly to calls, emails, and CRM Tool (SNOW) issues regarding Benefit or Leave programs.
- Communicate updates to other Global Shared Services departments to ensure timely and accurate data workflow.
- Submit all information changes to Data Management/Payroll via appropriate formats (forms, email, systematically, etc.) for HR system entry.
- Explain difficult issues and work to build consensus.
- Contribute actively to continuous process improvement.
- Maintain a relevant and effective knowledge database.
- Ensure adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.
- Apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes, or services.
- Participate in projects as a functional expert.
- Engage in projects connected with payroll.
- Educated to Bachelor/Master’s degree level
- Previous experience in a Human Resources (Operations) environment is required, 1-2 years at least
- Affinity with HRMS systems (Workday or SAP preferred)
- It is crucial to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude. We require a team player who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment
- You will have first class communication skills to connect and partner with the various Nike departments
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required, other languages a plus
