Due to the further growth of the site in Wielsbeke, we are looking for a Packaging Coordinator weekend shift

What will you do?
  • Responsible for the entire process from frozen fries to palletised packed product.
  • Operate, adjust and provide knowledge of our process with technical affinity to our packing lines
  • Adjust planning and coordinate to the operators to achieve the packing planning
  • Order and cleanliness of our packing lines including coordinating cleaning tasks
  • Responsible for requesting materials (foil, cardboard, spices, etc.) on time
  • Proactively identifying problems in packing process and taking corrective measures with the aim of guaranteeing continuity
  • Administrative tasks such as incidents, reporting, ...
  • Support and perform packaging tests with Agristo employees
  • Being involved in providing input for the layout of instructions, learning material, knowledge transfer
  • Adjusting and supervising newly trained employees
Profiel
  • You have knowledge of a food environment, as well as technical and process insight, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • You can work autonomously, dare to take initiative and have a sense of responsibility.
  • Physical aspects of the job do not scare you off
  • You participate in various training courses to update skills and learn new technologies or procedures
  • You speak Dutch or French or English and are willing to communicate with colleagues who speak other languages
