En tant que Health, Risk & Safety Manager au sein de la Business Unit Metro (BUM), vous faites partie du Département QHSE (Quality Health Safety Environment) : une équipe transversale engagée dans la modernisation du métro de Bruxelles. 

Vous interagissez avec divers services de la STIB et jouez un rôle crucial dans la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies et l'amélioration continue de la sécurité des voyageurs et des collaborateurs. 

Votre mission principale consiste au développement et à l’amélioration de la sécurité (sécurité bien-être du personnel et sécurité ferroviaire) ainsi que le Risk Management. Pour ce faire, vous gérez une équipe de 4 personnes et développez une culture Safety sur le terrain, tout en accompagnant les autres départements dans une dynamique collaborative.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre le Safety Management System (SGS) au sein de la BU Metro, y compris l'élaboration d'une méthodologie pour gérer les changements – conformément aux directives de chemin de fer européen – Common Safety Methods (CSMs).
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre la gestion des aspects Bien-Être au travail au sein de la BU Metro en étroite collaboration avec la hiérarchie et le SIPP. 
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre l'Entreprise Risk Management pour l'ensemble de la BU Metro.
  • Superviser les processus de sécurité sur le terrain et coordonner les actions découlant des incidents et accidents (aussi bien d’ordres ferroviaire que de travail).
  • Garantir la mise en œuvre des mesures correctives et préventives appropriées.
  • Accompagner les équipes sur le terrain pour promouvoir une culture Sécurité (sécurité bien-être du personnel et ferroviaire).
  • Élaborer dans le cadre de changements et/ou projets des dossiers de sécurité (Safety Case).
  • Identifier, analyser et accompagner les analyses de risques Health & Safety (métiers), Safety (Hazard Log), et projets ainsi que la mise en place des plans d’action associés.
  • Piloter le Board Safety et fournir des rapports détaillés à la hiérarchie et à la direction .
  

Profiel kandidaat 

 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur à orientation technique et/ou vous avez une solide expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité et qualité. 
  • La connaissance des directives de chemin de fer européen – Common Safety Methods (CSMs) est un atout. 
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en Safety Management System (CSM ou ISO 45001).
  • Vous êtes porteur du changement (change management) et avez un sens du terrain développé.
  • Vous êtes capable d’évaluer de manière critique les situations et proposez des solutions innovantes.
  • Vous avez un leadership participatif bien que vous soyez en mesure de redonner les priorités des tâches à vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous êtes une personne curieuse, organisée, qui s’adapte facilement à chaque situation.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais et avez une connaissance opérationnelle de l’autre langue.
