Functieomschrijving Ben jij een gepassioneerde ingenieur met een sterke achtergrond in chemie of milieutechnologie en ervaring in radiochemie of nucleaire processen? Wil je een cruciale rol spelen in het beheer en de optimalisatie van thermische processen bij een wereldwijd toonaangevend bedrijf in de verwerking van radioactief afval? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Werk je op freelance basis? Dat kan ook
- Als Procesingenieur Thermische Processen ben je samen met een collega verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de technische processen zoals verbranding en pyrolyse.
- Je werkt aan de optimalisatie en aanpassing van bestaande installaties en neemt deel aan onderzoek en ontwikkeling van nieuwe thermische technieken, zoals plasma-verbranding.
- Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt en garandeert een vlotte informatiedoorstroming over de processen. Daarnaast deel je jouw kennis met collega's en ontwikkel je behandelingsscenario's op maat voor complex of problematisch radioactief afval.
- Je documenteert de processen systematisch om een duurzame en veilige uitbating van de verbrandingsinstallatie te waarborgen.
- Bachelor/Master in industriële wetenschappen, ingenieurswetenschappen of bio-ingenieur, bij voorkeur met specialisatie in chemie of milieutechnologie.
- Ervaring binnen radiochemie of nucleaire processen is een sterk pluspunt.
- Kennis van thermische processen zoals verbranding en pyrolyse.
- Ervaring in het optimaliseren en aanpassen van technische installaties.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en de capaciteit om kennis te delen en informatie door te geven.
- Ervaring met projectbeheer en samenwerking met industriële partners/klanten.
