FunctieomschrijvingDe Material Requirements Planner is verantwoordelijk voor het berekenen en verwerken van klantenorders. Daarbij wordt vastgelegd hoe deze orders worden geproduceerd, welke grondstoffen nodig zijn en of die grondstoffen in voorraad zijn of moeten besteld worden. Verder staat hij/zij in voor het beheer van de stock grondstoffen en tussenproducten.
- Ordercalculatie (precalculatie en materiaalbehandeling) van klantenorders:
- Controle van het order op administratieve juistheid
- Berekening van de technische kostprijs (precalculatie)
- Ingave van een productie order en controle van de beschikbare voorraad grondstoffen en tussenproducten (materiaalbehandeling)
- Reservatie van de beschikbare voorraad of opdracht tot bestelling doorgeven aan de aankoopafdeling (materiaalbehandeling)
- Zorgen voor correcte planning statussen op werkorders
- Versturen werkorders (LWO’s) naar de betreffende diensten (planning, productie, prepress)
- Bachelor/master opleiding in een technische/economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Organisatorisch vermogen, goede planning en organisatievaardigheden
- Logisch inzicht en analytisch vermogen

- Nauwkeurigheid en nauwgezetheid

- Creatief en open van geest
- Softwarekennis : MS Office, Filemaker Pro, Visibility, Utopia, Cognos, Intranet, F-Plan, SAP
- Talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels
