En tant qu'Employé commercial (h/f/x), Votre mission :En tant que Commercieel Bediende (h/f/x), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne des relations avec nos clients néerlandophones.En tant qu'employé commercial (h/f/x), vos missions inclueront:?? Fournir un service client de qualité, de la prise de commande à l'après-vente.?? Gérer les dossiers clients et assurer le suivi des offres et des commandes.?? Assister téléphoniquement les clients et maintenir une communication efficace.?? Collaborer avec vos collègues, en utilisant votre connaissance basique du français pour des interactions ponctuelles. Profil ?? Le profil recherché pour cette opportunité d'Employé Commercial (h/f/x)???? Maîtrise parfaite du néerlandais : Pour une communication claire et efficace.???? Compétences en français : Une connaissance de base est un atout.?? Expérience en service client : À l’aise avec les tâches administratives et le suivi des dossiers.?? Esprit d’équipe : Vous collaborez facilement avec les autres et avez un excellent sens du service.?? Organisation : Rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Offre ??
