Functieomschrijving
  • Opvolging en de coördinatie van werken van Burgerlijke Bouwkunde en Piping op het terrein onder leiding van de Projectleider.
  • Onderhoud van bestaande aardgasleidingen in het kader van interventies en controles.
  • Bouw van nieuwe leidingen voor het transport van hydrogeen
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de werken: plannen, bestekken, uitvoeringsmethodes, …
  • Opvolging van de procedures van de indienststelling van onze leidingen in samenwerking met de Projectleider.
  • Correct en veilig uitvoeren van de werken, in het bijzonder het vrijgraven van bestaande leidingen en kabels.
  • Meedenken aan technische oplossingen
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de veiligheidsregels (Controle van de instructies, VCAobjectieven, werkvoorbereiding, …).
  • Beheer van de planning bij de uitvoering van de werken (interventietermijnen, coördinatie met interne en externe factoren, …).
  • Controles van het budget: controle van uitgevoerde prestaties, opvolging van de werken in regie en volgens de contracten, …).
  • Administratieve taken bij de uitvoering van de werken (Bestellingen, ontvangst van het materieel, lasboeken en uitvoering as-built)
Profiel
  • Bachelordiploma in elektromechanica of bouwkunde
  • Ervaring met civiele techniek of electriciteitsprojecten
  • Vaardigheid met computers (software, de cloud, apps)
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je met verschillende mensen kunt communiceren
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van contractoren
Daarnaast vereist deze rol:De flexibiliteit om tussen sites binnen België te reizen en indien nodig relatief korte tijd op deze sites te verblijven Aanbod Bedrijfswagen Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk salaris op maat, bieden wij je:
  • maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag;
  • forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding;
  • bedrijfswagen en tankkaart;
  • hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering;
  • eco-cheques met een max. van 250 euro per jaar;
  • de kans om een groot netwerk op te bouwen;
  • de mogelijkheid om je ervaring en kennis te delen met andere TEC consultants
Deze opdracht kan ook als freelancer uitgevoerd worden:
  • Betalingstermijn van 15 dagen na factuurdatum
