- Provide finance and tax advice to Asset, Transaction, and Portfolio Management teams to support investment growth.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
- Support the transaction process for real-estate properties, including acquisitions, disposals, and financial and tax due diligence.
- Collaborate with the transaction team on deal structuring and financial arrangements.
- Prepare and negotiate loan agreements with external lenders and monitor compliance.
- Ensure tax compliance of investment structures and assist in asset budget and forecasting procedures.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Competitive Salary: Up to 65 000 EUR annually.
