Quality Manager

Als Quality Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter de voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitscultuur binnen het bedrijf. Je traint machineoperatoren en beheert en verbetert de kwaliteitssystemen volgens wetgeving, bedrijfsstandaarden en klanteneisen. Je coördineert interne en externe audits en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, HACCP en hygiëne. Ook zorg je voor up-to-date kwaliteitsdocumentatie, begeleid je kalibraties en validaties, en behandel je klachten samen met de Plant Manager. Je analyseert trends en implementeert verbeteracties en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager. Profiel - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de voedingssector of een kwaliteitsfunctie.
- Bachelor diploma in voedingstechnologie, biochemie of vergelijkbaar.
- Sterke kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en praktische toepassing.
- Ervaring met people management.
- Nauwkeurig, leergierig en detailgericht.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht.
- Teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Kritisch en in staat anderen te wijzen op naleving van regels.
