Voor de groei van onze activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Project Manager.
Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opstart en opvolging van jouw project. Jij bent de spilfiguur en bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van zowel de eigen projectdoelstellingen als die van onze klanten.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
- Om je doelstellingen te bereiken werk je nauw samen met al onze interne diensten en zorg je in de eerste plaats voor een goede planning en communicatie.
- Verder sta je in voor het onderhouden van klantencontacten en draag je klantenservice hoog in het vaandel.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering van het project binnen de afgesproken tijd, vorm, kwaliteitsvoorwaarden en budget.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klant en communiceert vlot met alle betrokkenen.
- Je rapporteert en zet acties uit die noodzakelijk zijn voor het slagen van het project.
- Data analyse behoort ook bij jou takenpakket.
Profiel kandidaat
Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt reeds 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in projectwerking.
- Je bent een geboren coördinator met oog voor detail, doorzettingsvermogen, creativiteit en zin voor initiatief.
- Je hebt sterke kennis van rapportering (Excel, BI).
- Je bent een echte onderhandelaar en blinkt uit in heldere en doelgerichte communicatie.
- Je bent een procesbewaker met een open en constructieve blik (en veel gezond verstand).
- Je werkt gestructureerd en je bent organisatorisch ijzersterk.Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt probleemoplossend.
- Het ontbreekt jou niet aan daadkracht en beslissingsvaardigheid: je durft knopen door te hakken. Je kan onder druk het hoofd koel houden.
- Een flexibele werkhouding is essentieel en je bent een teamplayer binnen een dynamische werkomgeving
- Door je gedrevenheid ben je de verpersoonlijking van onze merkbelofte ‘Going the extra mile for you’.
- Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans & Engels.
- Je bent in het bezit van een attest goed gedrag & zeden.
