Wat ga je doen?
- Je functie als purchase assistant is tweeledig: Enerzijds onderhoud je alle
administratie wat betreft aankopen. Anderzijds ga je operationeel aan de slag.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van bestellingen en aangevraagde
offertes.
- Je biedt actieve ondersteuning voor de administratie met betrekking tot het
wagenpark sleutelbeheer.
Daarnaast ben je back-up voor de functie van receptioniste.
- Het operationele deel van de functie houdt in dat je met poolwagens naar de
carwash gaat, broodjesbestellingen voor vergaderingen verzorgt, de stock van
bureaumaterialen en relatiegeschenken beheert,? Profiel Wat verwachten wij van jou? Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis motivatie en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent communicatief en staat sterk in je schoenen. Daarnaast ben je ook administratief sterk en toon je voldoende initiatief en assertiviteit.
Je beschikt ook over:
- Een nauwkeurige werking en streefdoel naar kwaliteit.
- Een eerste ervaring in administratie en een grondige basiskennis van Excel en
andere MS Office-toepassingen.
- Een vlotte kennis Nederlands.
- een rijbewijs B. Aanbod Je komt terecht in een hecht team.
