En tant que Project Manager, vous serez intégré.e au département ‘Transversal Projects’ de la direction Infrastructures. 


Vous serez affecté.e à un ou plusieurs projets de grande ampleur, à savoir la construction de nouveaux dépôts (bus, trams, métros), la rénovation de de dépôts et ateliers, la construction de nouvelles extensions du réseau ferré (trams et métros). Vous assurerez la gestion quotidienne de grands projets transversaux multi-métiers, depuis la phase de pré-étude jusqu’à la phase de transfert vers la Production Opérationnelle, dans le respect des délais fixés ainsi que des contraintes techniques et budgétaires afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients internes et externes. 
 

 

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

Au quotidien, vos tâches s’articuleront autour de plusieurs axes : 

 

  • La mise en place de l’équipe projet et la diriger 
  • La responsabilité des différentes phases du projet (initiation, études, obtention des permis/autorisations, passation des marchés, réalisation des travaux, mise en service, handover vers la maintenance) ainsi que le respect des Q-C-D (qualité, coût, délai) 
  • Vous faites collaborer les différentes parties prenantes de la STIB et les sociétés sous-traitantes à travers des project managers monotechniques. 
  • Vous intégrez les besoins des différents services d’exploitation et de maintenance dans une approche Asset Management pour toute nouvelle proposition les impactant dans leur gestion day-to-day. Department: impact heeft op hun dagelijks beheer 
  • Vous remontez à l’organe décisionnel du projet toute décision relative à une déviation du projet en termes de Q-C-D ; vous proposez des solutions, alternatives et contribuez ainsi à la prise de décision.
     
  

Profiel kandidaat 

 

  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme d’ingénieur et avez des connaissances en gestion financière et en marchés publics. 
  • Vous pouvez valoriser une expérience solide dans le domaine de la gestion de projets de grande ampleur (construction et/ou rénovation de bâtiments, projets de réseaux ferrés), idéalement vous avez la certification PRINCE 2. 
  • Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais et disposez d’une connaissance opérationnelle de l’autre langue. 
  • Vos qualités personnelles : structure et sens des priorités, capacité d’analyse et vue d’ensemble, capacité à fédérer et susciter l’adhésion, aptitudes en communication et en négociation.
