Veel verantwoordelijkheid en massa’s variatie, daar hou je van. Je speurt actief naar kandidaten, durft out-of-the-box te denken en brengt hun profiel in kaart. Met hun eigenheid in het achterhoofd koppel je hen aan de juiste vacature. Daarna gooi je al jouw overtuigingskracht in de strijd en presenteer je de match aan de klant.
