- Je werft geschikte kandidaten, organiseert interviews, coacht en bereidt hen voor op klant-interviews, en zorgt voor een uitstekende opvolging.
- Aan de klantzijde prospecteer je, onderhandel je over voorwaarden, ontwikkel je sterke relaties en bied je advies over rekruteringsbehoeften.
- Perfecte tweetaligheid in Nederlands en Engels, met kennis van Frans als grote plus.
- Minimaal in het bezit van een bachelordiploma.
- Enthousiast en gedreven, met een passie voor het matchen van talent met bedrijven.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
- In staat om te groeien in een dynamische, resultaatgerichte omgeving.
