Junior Financial Controller

Jouw takenpakket als Junior Financial Controller:
- Je stelt financiële rapporteringen op, in lijn met de regels van Colruyt Group, ten behoeve van je stakeholders.
- Je analyseert de resultaten ten opzichte van de voorgaande boekjaren, de forecast-doelstellingen en het strategische plan van de interne partner. Op die manier bewaak je mee de rendabiliteit van de partner. Je legt het verband tussen de resultaten van het bedrijf en de impact ervan op de resultaten van Colruyt Group.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van budgetten, in samenspraak met de interne partner.
- Je denkt actief mee met de business en brengt de financiële impact van nieuwe ideeën of initiatieven in kaart.
- Je vertaalt de resultaten van je analyses in overzichtelijke en doelgerichte rapporten.
- Je voert ad hoc-analyses uit op de financiële resultaten.
- Opleiding en ervaring – Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting en/of kan al steunen op een eerste ervaring in een audit of controlling omgeving.
- Analytisch inzicht – Je kan goed verbanden leggen en snel knelpunten identificeren. Ook analyses met betrekking tot werkkapitaal en cashflow zijn geen geheim voor jou.
- Communicatie – Als financial controller ben je niet louter met cijfers bezig. Je geeft advies aan het managementteam en directieleden. Je spreekt dus hun taal en beschikt over de nodige diplomatie, assertiviteit en overtuigingskracht. Daarnaast bouw je moeiteloos een ruim netwerk uit.
- Groeigerichte mindset – Je hebt ambitie en bent op zoek naar opportuniteiten om te groeien en excelleren in jouw rol. Geregeld werken op projecten vind je een mooie uitdaging en helpt je in die groei.
- Talenkennis – Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
