- Als consultant, word je betrokken bij het inschatten en ontwikkelen van talent via assessment, development en learning centers voor Hudson klanten in de publieke sector. Je schrijft ontwikkelingsgerichte rapporten, geeft feedback aan klanten en deelnemers en stelt samen met hen een ontwikkelplan op. Je neemt geleidelijk aan autonoom projecten op voor onze klanten van a tot z
- Zodra je ons team van Talent Management consultants voor de Public Sector vervoegt, word je opgeleid in onze assessment methodologie en leer je on the job op de projecten waarin je meteen een adviserende rol kan opnemen. Geleidelijk aan ga je ook zelf meer ontwikkelingsgerichte opdrachten opnemen voor je klanten, en treed je zelf op als trainer en coach. Je drukt mee je stempel op de leer- en groeicultuur van je klanten.
- Je bent een geloofwaardige trusted advisor voor jouw klanten, je geeft vorm aan projecten inzake leiderschapsontwikkeling en coaching en je detecteert brede HR-noden. Je werkt samen met verschillende stakeholders en collega’s uit de andere HR domeinen om totaaloplossingen te bieden op maat je van klanten. Je helpt toonaangevende organisaties om zich te onderscheiden in de sector. Je wordt een brede HR adviseur, die naast ontwikkelingsgerichte projecten, ook projecten kan vorm geven op een meer strategische niveau inzake organisatie design, successie management en interne mobiliteit.
- Je blijft bij met trends en innovatie in je vakgebied. Je kan geleidelijk aan ook zelf een bijdrage leveren aan de vormgeving van onze dienstverlening en impact hebben op de innovatie ervan.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma en brengt minimum 5 jaar professionele ervaring in het domein van talent ontwikkeling mee, dit vanuit de overheidscontext, bedrijfswereld of consultancy.
- Je bent gedreven om de Hudson assessment methodologie bij te leren.
- Je bent 2-talig Nederlands - Engels of Nederlands - Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je bent een projectleider en je brengt sterke accountmanagementvaardigheden mee. Je hebt oog voor de noden van de klant en je bent een inspirerende gesprekspartner.
- Je bent geboeid door de werking van de overheid op lokaal, Vlaams, Federaal en Europees niveau.
- Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent een dynamische en ondernemende teamplayer.
- Je hebt een sterke “can do” mentaliteit, je wil gepassioneerd het verschil maken voor onze klanten.
- Je ontdekt de boeiende wereld van onze HR tools en neemt stappen om jezelf in te werken in de Hudson methodologie.
- Je verbreedt je HR kennis doorheen het verrijkende aanbod van trainingen dat Hudson voor jou in petto heeft.
- Je leert er niet alleen de organisatie en je collega’s beter kennen, je ontmoet ook boeiende collega’s uit andere afdelingen met wie je samen voor onze klanten echt het verschil kan maken.
- Je werkt autonoom en krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen, je hebt impact. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team en werkt in een sfeer van vertrouwen en collegialiteit.
- Je krijgt de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen als tot een brede HR expert.
