Jouw uitdaging
Als project expert bouwkunde werk je op de afdeling Civil Projects bij de dienst Port Infrastructure. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van het (maritieme) havengebied. Je draagt bij aan de conditie van de haveninfrastructuur en het openbaar domein binnen het Antwerpse havengebied. Daarbij assisteer je bij de technische uitwerking van projecten aan wegen, bruggen, kaaimuren en sluizen.
Je belangrijkste taken als project expert bouwkunde variëren afhankelijk van het soort project waaraan je werkt. Je rapporteert aan de project engineer en werkt nauw samen aan diverse onderhouds- en infrastructuurprojecten.
Je functie:
* Je werkt samen met de project engineer dossiers van A tot Z uit. Dat omvat het voorontwerp, ontwerp, vergunningentraject, opmaak van lastenboeken en meetstaten in samenwerking met onze tenderafdeling, en het doorlopen van aanbestedings- en gunningsprocedures
* Je volgt de studiebureaus op die de studieopdracht uitvoeren
* Je neemt de dagelijkse opvolging van werven en naleving van bestek- en kwaliteitseisen op. Je verdedigt de belangen van de afdeling tegenover aannemers. De geldende normen en uitvoeringsmethodieken hebben voor jou geen geheimen meer
* Je zorgt voor effectief stakeholdermanagement door het coördineren van de samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen, zowel intern als extern
* Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel bij alle werkzaamheden Profiel * Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in bouwkunde of je hebt minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Kennis van civiele bouwkunde is een pluspunt. Je hebt een grote praktisch-technische bagage en interesse in nieuwe technologieën
* Je kan vlot overweg met de gangbare Office-toepassingen
* Zelfleiderschap en zelfstandigheid zijn belangrijk; je houdt makkelijk overzicht over de taken om een project binnen de vooropgestelde scope, timing en budget af te werken
* Jouw sterktes: je communiceert assertief wanneer nodig, werkt graag in teamverband en streeft naar kwalitatieve resultaten
