Dark Light, a specialized Data & BI project staffing agency, is currently seeking a Head of Digital Product Data & Analytics.

With over a decade of experience in project staffing and digital product development, we aim to connect the right challenges with the right talent.

Tasks
  • Develop a comprehensive cross-product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and upkeep of data platforms leveraging cloud technologies (such as Google Native Services) or third-party applications.
  • Direct digital product managers and their cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, constructing, and launching products.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis in collaboration with domain architects to pinpoint opportunities and customer needs.
  • Provide guidance to digital product managers in defining product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage various business stakeholders involved in product planning, benefits realization, and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture principles across different product architectures and seamless integration of products into the overall Enterprise Architecture (encompassing processes, applications, data, and IT foundations).
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze product performance, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
  • Establish an effective operating and organizational model for executing both transformation projects and ongoing operations.
  • Oversee the budgeting for various digital products, including managing external partners for product delivery.
  • Ensure timely and seamless delivery of transformation and operational projects by closely collaborating with IT departments, including the Transformation Office, IT Foundation, and Digital Product teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics technologies and digital product management
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining digital products (Data applications) or platforms
  • Familiar with Enterprise Architecture and architectures within the Data domain
  • Knowledge of data Integration concepts and technologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities
