Als organisatie zijn we bij Ipsos Belgium volop in beweging met een groeiend klantenportfolio en zoeken we daardoor binnen ons Mystery Shopping team een ‘Service Line Leader’. Het Mystery Shopping team zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven objectieve feedback krijgen over hun dienstverleningen van “getrainde” consumenten.

MAAK JIJ HET VERSCHIL ALS SERVICE LINE LEADER?

  • Als service line leader (ook wel Business Unit verantwoordelijke) van het Mystery Shopping team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en het laten groeien van onze Mystery Shopping business en het team.

  • Dit houdt in dat je een business plan schrijft en actief nadenkt over toekomst en verdere uitbouw van de Mystery Shopping business en het team.

  • Met jouw Client First focus laat je huidige klanten groeien en genereer je nieuwe klanten.

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de projecten van het Mystery Shopping team van begin tot einde, samen met de projectverantwoordelijken.

  • Je waakt over de algemene groei en wellbeing van het team. Het team bestaat uit een vijftal medewerkers, jij rapporteert aan de Managing Director.

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de tevredenheid van een aantal bestaande klanten over de projecten die je voor hen doet.

  • Je maakt deel uit van het bredere Channel Performance netwerk binnen onze Ipsos Community.

Vereisten

HOE VUL JIJ ONS AAN?

  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en je houdt ervan om enerzijds klantenrelaties te onderhouden en repeat business te genereren en anderzijds nieuwe klantenrelaties op te bouwen.
  • Je werkt samen met klanten om de onderzoeksvragen te beantwoorden.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in Project Management/Consultancy in Customer Experience, Retail Audit, de service industry … Ervaring met Mystery Shopping is een pluspunt.
  • Je voelt je op je best in een dienstverlenende omgeving en je hebt ervaring met het managen van projecten en budgetten.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden – zowel schriftelijk als mondeling – waardoor je klanten, shoppers en teamleden gemakkelijk te woord staat.
  • Je bent vooral erg positief en nieuwsgierig met een can do oplossingsgerichte
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis van Frans. Een (zeer) goede beheersing van het Frans is een troef.
