Contractor manager

We have developed a unique solution that combines data-driven technology with an innovative process to connect house owners to our qualified network of contractors to execute their renewable renovations in the smoothest way possible. Impacting positively both sides of the spectrum: house owners and contractors.

The process that we have developed for this is a Campaign Management System that can be integrated into any flow or environment. This makes it super simple for any organisation to start working with us and help their target audience get offers easily for energetic renovations through our trusted contractor network.

We are a B2B2C startup collaborating with large-size partners because we aim to reach as many house owners as possible in the shortest amount of time. Our moto: we must all win together or everyone will eventually lose.

We are on the hunt for a contractor manager to oversee our contractor relationship. Since contractors play a pivotal role in facilitating energetic renovations for customers, we deeply value our collaboration with our contractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing these relationships through diligent relationship management and by serving as a bridge the contractors and our internal teams.

As Contractor Manager, you are the person responsible and the single point of contact for all our contractors. The role of Contractor Manager covers 3 main aspects:

1. Operational follow-up of the existing contractors,
2. Develop new technologies and finding the right contractors for this,
3. Grow our contractor network. Basically the main objective of this role is to make sure that on the one hand there is enough capacity to answer the demands generated by our Partners (our clients like KBC, Test Aankoop, Samen Sterker,…) and on the other hand to have the contractor network deliver on the service level agreements (SLA).

Key responsibilities

1. Contractor Network Oversight: Manage and monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and optimizing service quality.
2. Capacity Coordination: Align contractor availability with project demands, guaranteeing efficient project allocation and execution.
3. Strategic Recruitment: Proactively expand the contractor network, focusing on innovative solutions and service diversification.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, fostering trust and encouraging their growth within our network.
5. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to refine contractor-related processes and integrate contractor capabilities with our partners' needs.

• Higher education and have experience at contractors (5 years).
• Result-oriented and ready to bring our contractor relationships to the next level.
• Technical knowledge about various renovation techniques (e.g. solar panel business, insulation, windows, heat pumps, etc.)
• Knowledge of energy saving measures, transition models, the building sector is a plus.
• Good oral and written communication in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
