Onze klant, gelegen te Brussel (Oost) is een snelgroeiende, Belgische hands-on investment group 20 jaar geleden opgericht, met verschillende dochterondernemingen actief in consulting, marketing, technologie en duurzame investeringen. De groep telt meer dan 500 professionals verspreid over België, Nederland, Duitsland en Zuid-Afrika. Binnen deze sterk ondernemende context streven ze ernaar om impact te realiseren via digitale en duurzame transformatie, gebaseerd op hun waarden van integriteit, intrapreneurship en stakeholder value creation.
Als Group Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en business controlling activiteiten van de verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep, met bijzondere focus op een data consulting speler. Je volgt maandelijks de financiële rapportering en KPI's op, analyseert klantprofitabiliteit, budgetten en dashboards, en maakt strategische aanbevelingen aan het management. Je neemt ook een actieve rol in HR-, IT- en M&A-gerelateerde financiële processen. Daarnaast zorg je voor heldere communicatie richting CEO's en Boardleden en werk je nauw samen met de CFO van de groep.
Profiel
- Je behaalde een Master in Handelswetenschappen, Economie, Bedrijfsadministratie of een gelijkaardig domein
- Je hebt tussen 3 en 5 jaar ervaring in controlling, audit (bijv. Big 4), banking, private equity of een gelijkaardige analytische omgeving
- Je hebt sterke analytische skills en kan snel structuur brengen in complexe informatie
- Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van Excel en PowerPoint en interesse in tools als Power BI, BrightAnalytics en Exact Online
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus
- Je bent proactief, ondernemend en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
- Je hebt een professionele maturiteit, maar functioneert ook vlot in een team en dynamische context
