Wie zijn wij?
ElmosGroup is een 100% Belgische IT-consultancygroep, bestaande uit vijf complementaire bedrijven. We combineren de ervaring van een gevestigde waarde met de energie en gretigheid van een starter. Je Takenpakket
Je zal instaan voor de dagdagelijkse werking van de boekhouding (het inboeken van aankoopfacturen en financiële afschriften, de analytische toekenning van facturen, het opvolgen van financiële verrichtingen, debiteurenbeheer, voorbereiding van de BTW aangifte en maandafsluiting, ... )
Samen met de accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- de boekhouding van verschillende entiteiten binnen de ElmosGroup;
- de jaarlijkse afsluiting van verschillende entiteiten;
- de maandelijkse rapportering naar het management van de onderliggende bedrijven
- je helpt mee met voorbereiding en begeleiding van de audits.
Daarnaast verzorg je het proces van verkoopfacturen van enkele entiteiten. Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van bestelbonnen, opmaken en versturen van uitgaande facturen en controle van inkomende facturen.

Jouw talent in actie:
heb je ervaring in boekhouding en kennis van Adsolut? Dan heb je een streepje voor Met een bachelor in accountancy-fiscaliteit op zak en een scherp analytisch inzicht, ben jij helemaal klaar om aan de slag te gaan.
Cijfers hebben voor jou geen geheimen en je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...). Bovendien ben je nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en stressbestendig. Flexibiliteit en een accurate opvolging zitten in jouw DNA.
