Job title
Iristeam VZW biedt de ondersteuning in IT medewerkers alsook bijstand en dienstenprestatie op het gebied van digitale transitie en IT-diensten voor haar leden.

Iristeam heeft 650 mensen in dienst en fungeert als kenniscentrum. Tot de leden behoren 150 besturen en organisaties die op gewestelijk of lokaal niveau actief zijn in het Brussels Gewest.

Het belangrijkste lid op het vlak van IT-medewerkers is Paradigm, de Organisatie van Openbaar Belang (OOB) voor digitale transitie en ICT in het Brussels Gewest.

Als Implementation Manager werk je bij de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (GOB) waar je deel uitmaakt van het Service Management team.

Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken
  • Je bent betrokken bij alle fasen van de levenscyclus van een applicatie (design, build, run) en je voert beheerwerkzaamheden uit in zowel de projectfase (build) als de servicefase (run).
  • Je rol is gekoppeld aan een of meer applicaties die in Salesforce geconfigureerd zijn en door de SPRB gebruikt worden, waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent in de run-fase.
  • Afhankelijk van je vaardigheden/certificeringen heb je de admin-rechten om de volgende activiteiten uit te voeren:
  • Gebruikers helpen om de geïmplementeerde technologieën en applicaties te gebruiken.
  • Gebruikers beheren
  • Rollen, profielen en rechten beheren
  • Documenttemplates beheren (Pdfbutler)
  • Het platform monitoren
  • Op verzoek van de business dashboards en rapporten maken
  • Deelname aan wekelijkse Incidenten follow-up vergaderingen ism de Programmamanager
  • Opvolging van de "Paradigm"-incidenten wanneer deze zich voordoen op building blocks die al in productie zijn, en de benodigde afstemming met Paradigm organiseren
  • Bewaking van release updates in de verschillende orgs
  • Beheer (aankoop, toewijzing, etc.) van licenties
  • Tijdens de projectfase (build) neem je ook deel aan de nodige Salesforce governance meetings zoals de Architecture validation meeting Scrum of Scrum meetings Sprint demo Weekly Incidents follow-up meeting.
  • Afhankelijk van je senioriteit en affiniteit kun je tijdens de ontwerpfase de ontwikkeling en validatie volgen van het ontwerp van de oplossingen die je gaat onderhouden. Je kunt actief betrokken zijn bij het ontwerp en de implementatie van de oplossingen.
Deze functie staat niet open voor het freelance statuut noch voor externe rekruteringspartners.

Je ervaring en competenties
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma hoger opleiding van het lange type of een universitair diploma met aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de ITIL-methode (certificering is een voordeel).
  • Ervaring met Salesforce is ook een pluspunt.
  • Je bent strikt, werkt methodisch en georganiseerd,
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) en je bent assertief,
  • Je bent sociaal en empathisch,
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is een voordeel.
