Ter versterking is The Pegasus Group op zoek naar een Process Safety Expert met een diepgaande kennis van veiligheid en risicobeheer. Als spil in het veiligheidsbeleid werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en vertaal je complexe uitdagingen naar praktische en effectieve oplossingen. Je leidt audits, organiseert noodhulpoefeningen en ontwikkelt veiligheidsrichtlijnen die een directe impact hebben op zowel de prestaties als de veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.

Jouw job als Process Safety Expert:
In deze veelzijdige en impactvolle rol zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving door risico's te identificeren, processen te verbeteren.
- Identificeer en analyseer potentiële veiligheidsrisico's, zoals explosies en branden, zowel in de dagelijkse werking als bij projecten.
- Beoordeel risicoanalyses en vertaal rapporten van externe adviseurs naar concrete, toepasbare aanbevelingen voor projectteams.
- Zorg voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen ontwerp- en operationele teams om veiligheidsaspecten correct te integreren.
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud veiligheidsrichtlijnen en procedures binnen het veiligheidsmanagementsysteem.
- Voer interne en externe audits uit en zorg ervoor dat verbeterpunten effectief worden opgevolgd.
- Ondersteun bij incidentonderzoeken en draag bij aan het implementeren van verbetermaatregelen.
- Werk continu aan het verbeteren van noodprocedures en veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
Jouw profiel als Process Safety Expert:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master Chemie, Elektromechanica of Veiligheid en/of hebt een relevante werkervaring.
- Bij voorkeur heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Process Safety.
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over kennis van HAZOP, audits, LOPA, FMEA, SIL, RAM.
- Indien je kennis hebt van LNG is dit een plus
- Je bent communicatief sterk. Hierdoor heb je een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands & Engels.
