Recruitment Specialist:
Driven by further expansion at Arcadis, the Contract Services Operation requires a Recruitment Specialist to join our Belgium team. The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience.
This position will particularly suit an individual who can work on their own initiative within a regulated industry, and who is energized by working within a busy team environment. Due to the company's global expansion strategy this new position will offer the successful candidate a strong career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Hiring Managers across various disciplines
- Service existing client accounts
- Follow up onsite consultants
- Support specialist recruitment campaigns
- Source suitably qualified candidates
- Candidate database management
- Managing the recruitment process through to interview & offer stage
- Negotiating candidate contracts & finalizing onboarding arrangements
Key experience:
- Recruitment background with experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of technical positions.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemical, construction or food & beverage manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence based interview) and acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software)
- Ability to work within a team environment and have a desire to achieve agreed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
- You want to work in a growing company and participate to this growth
- You have an open, assertive and diplomatic personality
- You are flexible, pro-active and have the ability to work in a changing environment
