Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook. Functieomschrijving Als Technical Application Owner maak je deel uit van de operationele teams en ben je de drijvende kracht in het uitrollen, uitdragen, beheer, … van specifieke applicaties binnen de organisatie. Je houdt software beschikbaar, verhelpt problemen, implementeert wensen vanuit de gebruikers waarbij de focus tevens ligt op het technisch welzijn van de IT waarop de applicaties draaien. Tot slot sta je ook in voor het beantwoorden van vragen van gebruikers en IT-collega's en ga je in overleg met gebruikers en softwareleveranciers.
Binnen het team zijn er verantwoordelijkheden die we kunnen opdelen onder 'Business applicaties' en 'ondersteunende IT-applicaties'.
De hoofdfocus ligt op de taken die onder het Business Operations luik vallen.
Hier zal jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor:
- De opvolging van en rapportering over de componenten die van jouw team in productie draaien.
- Het opvolgen van problemen in productie die gemeld worden door de business.
- Het zoeken naar de oorzaak en mogelijke oplossingen voor de problemen in productie en dit samen met het ontwikkelteam.
- Het mee helpen testen van de nieuw ontwikkelde software om te garanderen dat deze stabiel blijft werken.
- Het testen en valideren van "fixes" voor problemen in productie.
- Het bieden van ondersteuning bij de release.
Voor het deel 'ondersteunende IT-applicaties' sta je in voor:
- Het voorbereiden en migreren van applicatie(s) naar de Cloud omgeving
- Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe & aanpassen van bestaande scripts/configuraties d.m.v. :
- Het analyseren van technische vereisten
- Het schrijven / aanpassen van nieuwe / bestaande scripts / configuraties
- Het technisch testen van de ontwikkelde scripts / configuraties
- Het ondersteunen van testen uitgevoerd door sleutel-gebruikers
- Het installeren van de nieuwe en/of aangepaste scripts / configuraties via de bestaande releaseprocedures
- Het beheer en de opvolging van documentatie en standaarden
Afhankelijk van de noden van het team en je persoonlijke interesses kan er nog dieper ingegaan worden op bepaalde specifieke taken. Profiel Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een informaticarichting of je kan een equivalente ervaring aantonen door ervaringen.
Je hebt ervaring in het werken met databases en je kan vlot query's schrijven (in SQL Developer of gelijkaardig).
Tevens ben je vertrouwd met tools voor opvolging van projecten en tickets (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, ...). Je hebt interesse in Cloud oplossingen.
Ervaring met monitoring tools (bv. Dynatrace ) en scripting tools (Python, Powershell) is een pluspunt.
Je bent empathisch ingesteld en je weet je inlevingsvermogen in te zetten om je teamgenoten en onze businesspartners beter te begrijpen.
Je creatieve geest helpt je om snel tot oplossingen te komen en je benadert een opdracht steeds ook op een constructieve wijze.
Je weet de stress die een release meebrengt goed te kanaliseren en de opvolging ook efficiënt aan te pakken.
Je zin voor analyse en synthese stelt je in staat kwalitatief werk af te leveren, terwijl het respecteren van de termijnen een prioriteit blijft. Waar nodig, kan je zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
