Senior Business Analyst – E-Commerce Platforms (B2C)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business strategy and IT solutions. In this role, you will contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives within a high-impact, operationally critical organization that connects millions of people and businesses every day. You'll play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, and supporting both business and IT stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Support senior business stakeholders in translating their needs into concrete initiatives
  • Ensure business initiatives align with enterprise architecture and strategy
  • Conduct impact analyses across processes, organization, and applications
  • Oversee business requirements gathering and collaborate with functional analysts
  • Support change management, testing, and solution rollouts

Who you are

Must-haves:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing roadmaps
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Postman
  • Strong expertise in business process development and optimization (BPM)
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience conducting test runs and documenting results
  • Experience in setting up Epics, test plans, and scripts
  • Ability to write detailed user stories
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with various Project Management aspects, including cost, timing, coordination, planning, and estimation
