FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING - BOEKHOUDER
Weerts Group wil zijn financieel team versterken en uitbreiden met een ervaren en boekhouder, voornamelijk om te helpen bij het beheer van de boekhouding en administratie van de vastgoedentiteiten van de groep.
Deze functie is gevestigd in Luik (BE).
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de andere leden van het team. Naast het uitvoeren van de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige taken, fungeer je ook als een belangrijke partner voor andere afdelingen, voornamelijk via kwalitatieve rapportages.

- Sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Het leren en beheersen van de boekhoudnormen die van toepassing zijn in de verschillende landen waar de groep actief is
Als boekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor (maar niet beperkt tot):
- Het nauwkeurig voorbereiden van de boekhouding en afsluiting van meerdere logistieke vastgoedmaatschappijen. Dit omvat de volgende taken: verwerking en codering van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, codering van bankafschriften, voorbereiding van leveranciersbetalingen, BTW-aangiften, fiscale aangiften, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, gedocumenteerde financiële analyse, ...
- Het controleren van boekingen en andere financiële transacties die door junior boekhouders zijn voorbereid (aankoop, financiën, enz.).
- Zorgen voor naleving van boekhoudprincipes, normen en regelgeving.
- Voorbereiden van kwalitatieve, tijdige en nauwkeurige rapportages, evenals ad-hoc rapporten, bestemd voor de groep (voor consolidatiedoeleinden) en andere stakeholders (bijvoorbeeld rapportage en opvolging van openstaande vorderingen, afrekeningen van servicekosten, huurderslijsten...)
- Het opstellen van de jaarrekeningen.
- Algemeen administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het boekhoud- en financieel team.
- Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van interne en externe audits door de benodigde documentatie en ondersteuning te leveren.
ERVARING EN VAARDIGHEDEN - JOUW PROFIEL
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in boekhouding, bij voorkeur in een gerelateerde sector.
- Sterke kennis van Belgische boekhoudnormen (BE GAAP).
- Beheersing van Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Sterke organisatorische en time-management vaardigheden.
- Goede kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is een plus.
- Positieve houding, integriteit en eerlijkheid, teamspirit.
