Functieomschrijving : Voor een van onze klanten, een retail keten gespecialiseerd in decoratie zijn we op zoek naar een Trainer op de baan om onze verkoopteams in Franstalig en Nederlandstalig België te ondersteunen. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het ontwikkelen van de vaardigheden van onze medewerkers door trainingen te geven aan de medewerkers van onze verschillende winkels en door trainingsinhoud aan te passen aan lokale behoeften.
Hoofdtaken :
- Het geven van verkooptrainingen aan teams in zowel Franstalige als Nederlandstalige winkels.
- Het analyseren van trainingsbehoeften en het voorstellen van aangepaste oplossingen.
- Het aanpassen en verbeteren van educatief materiaal.
- Het opvolgen en evalueren van de gegeven trainingen.
- Het begeleiden van teams bij de implementatie van de verworven vaardigheden.
- Samenwerken met winkelmanagers om consistentie te garanderen tussen trainingsdoelen en verkoopresultaten.
Profiel gezocht :
- Ervaring in de retail is gewenst + een passie voor verkooptraining en coaching.
- Tweetalig Frans-Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en pedagogische vaardigheden.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en de agenda doeltreffend beheren.
- Flexibiliteit en beschikbaarheid om regelmatig door België te reizen.
- Initiatief nemen en oplossingsgericht zijn.

Description de l'emploi : Pour notre client, une chaine de boutiques spécialisée dans la décoration, nous recherchons un(e) Formateur/Formatrice Itinérant(e) pour accompagner nos équipes de vente en Belgique francophone et néerlandophone. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développement des compétences de nos collaborateurs en dispensant des formations aux collaborateurs de nos différents points de vente et en adaptant les contenus de formation selon les besoins locaux.
Responsabilités principales :
- Dispenser des formations en vente pour les équipes des magasins francophones et néerlandophones.
- Analyser les besoins en formation et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Adapter et améliorer les supports pédagogiques.
- Assurer un suivi et une évaluation des formations dispensées.
- Accompagner les équipes dans la mise en pratique des compétences acquises.
- Collaborer avec les managers de magasin pour garantir une cohérence entre les objectifs de formation et les résultats commerciaux.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience préalable dans le retail est souhaitée, ainsi qu'une passion pour les formations et le coaching.
- Bon bilingue français-néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en pédagogie.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer son emploi du temps efficacement.
- Flexibilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en Belgique.
- Sens de l'initiative et force de proposition.
