Business & Functional Analyst: The Function
Sluit je aan bij onze partner en speel een sleutelrol in het ontwerp, de optimalisatie en de implementatie van IT-oplossingen op maat van de bedrijfsbehoeften. Als Business & Functional Analyst fungeer je als brug tussen de business en IT-teams en zorg je ervoor dat de technische oplossingen voldoen aan de functionele vereisten én de operationele beperkingen respecteren.
Jouw taken:
- Customer oriented? Je beheert de stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan het vertalen van de bedrijfsbehoeften naar een functioneel ontwerp.
- Je stelt functionele specificaties op en houdt daarbij rekening met technische mogelijkheden en beperkingen. Je onderhoudt tevens up-to-date documentatie over geanalyseerde systemen en processen.
- Valideren van oplossingen voor livegang om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de business.
- Optimalisatie van processen : Je identificeert verbeterpunten en stelt innovatieve oplossingen voor.
- Ondersteuning en opleiding : Je begeleidt gebruikers bij de implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen.
- Masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfsbeheer, engineering of een gelijkaardig domein.
- Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst of Functional Analyst .
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels . Een goede kennis van het Frans ? Topkandidaat
- Problem solver ? Je hebt altijd een oplossing die de problemen oplost en de vereisten vervult.
