Accounting Manager

Een vooraanstaande internationale organisatie is op zoek naar een accounting manager voor hun kantoor in de regio Brussel (Sint-Pieters-Woluwe). Als accounting manager vervul je een centrale rol binnen de organisatie, met een hoog niveau van autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.
Je bent de spil in het beheer van de financiële processen en stuurt een team van 6 accountants aan. Je rapporteert en werkt nauw samen met de finance director.
Hands-on accounting manager- Jouw functie:
- Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van twee vennootschappen.
- Je bereidt de btw- en fiscale aangiftes voor en dient deze in.
- Je voert de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen uit binnen de vastgestelde termijnen.
- Je stelt de jaarrekeningen op en vult diverse enquêtes in.
- Je rapporteert tussentijdse resultaten en denkt strategisch mee in dossiers.
- Je communiceert met externe auditors en biedt ondersteuning bij fiscale controles.
- Je optimaliseert de boekhoudprocessen.
- Je ontwikkelt jezelf en je collega's op vakinhoudelijk gebied.
Hands-on accounting manager- Jouw profiel:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master of Bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Financiën of een vergelijkbare opleiding, aangevuld met relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector is een pluspunt, maar absoluut geen must.
- Je hebt gedegen kennis van boekhoudkundige principes.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, bent zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
- Je hebt een gestructureerde en analytische werkhouding en uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
