About the Entity :

Als Product Manager in Ziekte- en Invaliditeitsverzekeringen bent u verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, evalueren en beheren van ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekeringsproducten. Met uw technische vaardigheden, actuarieel kennis en inzicht in de marktnodigheden versterkt u ons team om voldoende, winstgevende en aan de regelgeving voldoende producten aan te bieden die voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klanten.
Als Product Manager "Ziekte- en Invaliditeit" zal je:
- Ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekeringsproducten ontwerpen en modelleren met behulp van actuarische modellen om winstgevendheid en duurzaamheid te waarborgen.
- Profitabiliteits- en tarifieringsanalyses van producten uitvoeren.
Je zal ook bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van producten en tarief- en strategische aanpassingen door:
- Regelmatig de technische resultaten van producten te controleren, met de nadruk op winstgevendheid en financiële prestaties van portefeuilles.
- Markttrends en schadegegevens te bewaken om premies, dekkingseisen en productstructuren aan te passen op basis van prestaties en actuarische prognoses.
- Aanpassingen voor te stellen aan bestaande producten om de winstgevendheid te maximaliseren, te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de verzekerde partijen en een evenwicht te bewaren tussen productconcurrerende, klanttevredenheid en financiële haalbaarheid.
- Indicatoren voor het beheer te implementeren om de impact van tariefaanpassingen en productaanpassingen op winstgevendheid en klanttevredenheid te meten.
Door samen te werken met ondersteunende teams, zal je :
- De behoeften van klanten begrijpen door samen te werken met verkoop- en marketingteams, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat actuarische beperkingen correct worden ge nterpreteerd in de productcommunicatie.
- Samen met de IT-teams geautomatiseerde verzekeringsoplossingen ontwikkelen en er voor zorgen dat IT-ontwikkelingen correct worden ge mplementeerd.
Ten slotte zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het naleven van de conformiteit en de wettelijke eisen door:
- Er voor te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de wettelijke en regulatorische eisen voor tariffering, provisies en solvabiliteit door regulatorische wijzigingen in actuarische modellen op te nemen.
- Samenwerking met juridische teams om de naleving van de producten te waarborgen met betrekking tot dekkingen, garanties en limieten voor schadevergoeding.
Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties:
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in actuariële wetenschappen, statistieken of een gerelateerd vakgebied met een specialisatie in actuariële wetenschappen.
- Je beschikt over 3-5 jaar ervaring in het beheer van ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekeringsproducten.
- Je beheerst Nederlands of Frans, kennis van de tweede taal is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over sterke vaardigheden in actuarisch modelleren, risicobeheer en tariffering van verzekeringsproducten.
- Je hebt kennis van actuarische hulpmiddelen en de mogelijkheid om te werken met complexe databases.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en de mogelijkheid om complexe gegevens te interpreteren om verstandige, door gegevens gedreven beslissingen te nemen.
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om te werken in een transversaal milieu en duidelijk en beknopt te communiceren met niet-specialisten.
Persoonlijke eigenschappen:
- Je bent nauwkeurig en precies in het analyseren van actuarische en financiële gegevens.
- Je bent klantgericht en kan technische gegevens omzetten in oplossingen die aangepast zijn aan de behoeften van verzekerde partijen.
- Je bent een teamplayer en kan effectief samen werken met transversale teams (risicobeheer, juristen, verkoop-, marketingteams, etc.).
- Je bent zelfstandig en proactief in het beheren van complexe projecten.
