In het kader van de verdere uitbouw van HR Talents, zijn wij op zoek naar een Talent Consultant.

HR Talents specialiseert zich in werving & selectie, projectsourcing en interim management voor HR profielen.

Je uitvalsbasis is het kantoor te Kortrijk, je bent flexibel om vanuit Merelbeke te werken.

Jobomschrijving

Als Talent Consultant ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van de Werving & Selectie activiteiten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

Je ontwikkelt en beheert zelf je eigen kandidaten- en vacatureportefeuille: vacaturebeheer, werving & selectie en sales. Hierdoor behoud je een 360° overzicht en kan je eenvoudig verbanden leggen.

Het gaat om een gevarieerde recruitment rol met een sterke commerciële inslag.

Rekrutering

  • Aanleggen en uitwerken van een hoogstaand kandidatennetwerk van HR profielen: HR Officers, HR Managers, Payroll Officers, Comp & Ben specialisten,... . Door actieve sourcing ga je continu proactief op zoek naar de beste profielen via verschillende kanalen: onze interne database, LinkedIn &, externe jobsites, social media,...
  • Je focust op werving en selectie van HR profielen voor de invulling van vaste jobs: Interviewen en beoordelen van kandidaten, hen introduceren aan de hand van een professionele voorstelling aan de opdrachtgever.
  • Je volgt de selectieprocedure nauwgezet op, zowel bij de kandidaat als de klant. Als recruitment professional ondersteun en adviseer je kandidaat en klant doorheen het ganse proces, tot en met de aanwerving.

Account Management

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klanten- en vacatureportefeuille.
  • Van prospectie tot klantenbezoek, de opname van vacatures, de commerciële onderhandelingen en de invulling van de vacatures. Je managet de bestaande klantenportefeuille goed en doet daarnaast aan actieve prospectie.
  • Samen met je team collega's draag je bij aan de verdere uitbouw van HR Talents.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een aantal jaren ervaring in werving & selectie van bediendenprofielen. Dit bij voorkeur in een commerciële setting.
  • Je hebt interesse om je te verdiepen in HR profielen; zowel binnen soft als hard HR.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact en bouwt sterke, langdurige relaties op met kandidaten en klanten.
  • Je hebt een professionele houding. Dankzij je doorzettingsvermogen en actiegerichtheid behaal je ook onder druk de beste resultaten.
  • Je bezit een hoge gun-factor en succes is voor jou een attitude.
  • Je beheerst vlot het Nederlands, Frans is een plus.
