Over MindCapture
MindCapture is een gespecialiseerde Talent Partner in de sectoren cleantech, engineering en life sciences. Voor dit project werken we samen met een innovatief bedrijf binnen de energietransitie. Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Project Leader service die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor elektrische infrastructuurprojecten (380, 220, 150, 70 en 36 kV).
Functieomschrijving
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Project Leader service elektrische infrastructuurprojecten omhelsen:
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor de definitie, de studie, het ontwerp van de projecten en waarborgen van de uitvoering van de projecten tot aan de indienststelling en de administratieve afsluiting.
- Uitwerken van voorontwerpen, opstellen van budgetten en planning van projecten, rekening houdend met de vereiste en beschikbare resources.
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer van de planning, van het projectbudget en van de rapportering aan de teamverantwoordelijken.
- Meewerken aan het opstellen van de aanbestedingsdossiers en deelnemen aan het aankoopproces.
- Leiding en coördinatie van de uitvoering op het terrein van de projecten in samenwerking met de betrokken entiteiten (leveranciers, aannemers, ...).
- Taken worden op een autonome manier volbracht met rapportage naar Manager.

Vereiste competenties en vaardigheden:
- Burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur elektrotechniek of elektromechanica.
- Ervaring met projectbeheer.
- Kennis van hoogspanning.
- Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin, uitgesproken organisatietalent.
- Vlotte assertieve communicator die klantgericht is, teamgeest belangrijk vindt en vindingrijk is.
- Uitstekende kennis van beide landstalen (NL en Fr)
