Description de la fonction En tant que réceptionniste, vous êtes le visage de notre organisation. Vous êtes responsable de l'accueil chaleureux et du service excellent de nos clients.
Vous aimez aussi être dans la gestion administrative : la gestion et la facturation des réservations font partie intégrante de vos tâches.
Vous êtes également responsable de notre établissement à Liège. Vous devrez effectuer des contrôles qualité approfondis et réapprovisionner les studios.
Il est essentiel de maintenir une communication avec les autres départements (réparation et ménage).
La gestion de la ligne d'urgence (15 soirées par mois) fait aussi partie de vos responsabilités.
Profil Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome et prendre des responsabilités.
Le travail le week-end ou lors de jours fériés ne vous fait pas peur et en cas d'urgence, vous êtes prêt à intervenir sur place.
Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais.
Une expérience dans le secteur hôtelier est un atout
